Event Policies.

1. All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds.

2. If an event is cancelled for any reason, we will accommodate you to another Oontztopia event.

3. Lost or stolen tickets are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. All photo and video content produced during the entire duration of this event shall be deemed property of Oontztopia. The content may be used without restriction for any and all promotional purposes in the future. 

5. Oontztopia shall not take liability for any and all foreseeable or unforeseeable losses, damages, injuries or harm whether direct or indirect to any ticket holder or bona fide ticket holder.

6. All event attendees are responsible for their own property.

7. A ticket holder or bonafide ticket holder shall take personal liability to and all damages directly or indirectly caused to the property of Oontztopia and its affiliates.

 

DISCLAIMER:

The attendee hereby agrees to absolve Oontztopia and it's agents, employees, affiliates and any and all persons firms and corporations liable or who claim to be liable, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability. Bonafide ticket holders shall take necessary steps to update their consent or otherwise, shall be considered to have waived their rights under this policy notice.
